not a pleasant stay, despite the staff at reception being nice, the room had no powerpoints near the bed, how ridiculously inconvenient! and let’s not even discuss the mosquitoes that ruined my whole experience. I expected a complimentary gift for all the inconvenience, but I guess that was too much to ask.

I just loved lounging around the multiple pools, which were perfect for soaking up the sun! The kids' activities kept my little ones thrilled all day, especially at the vibrant kids' pool and playground. The all-inclusive meals were diverse and delightful. I had something new to savor every day!
