not a pleasant stay, despite the staff at reception being nice, the room had no powerpoints near the bed, how ridiculously inconvenient! and let’s not even discuss the mosquitoes that ruined my whole experience. I expected a complimentary gift for all the inconvenience, but I guess that was too much to ask.

the staff were super friendly, and jose was really helpful during my stay. the hotel is huge but looks nice, great pools everywhere. food was pretty good, a lot of options and never long waits at the bars. the location is perfect, close to the beach but not too crowded.
